What Does NXT Mean To You?
We asked some of our Loan Officers what NXT means to them, here’s what they had to say!
COFFEE ROUND TABLE
TEAM EVENT | NXT HQ
8am every TuesdayThis new series will feature in-person (and virtual) casual coffee meetings. The purpose of this small group is for our team to connect and discuss what they’re working on every week.
OPERATION U
TEAM EVENT | NXT HQ
9am-11am every other TuesdayOperation U is our training and discussion program that features a training or coaching topic and a group discussion regarding that topic. These discussions are great for ALL experience level originators. Topics include: social media best practices, call scripting, past client database marketing, originator best practices, etc.

Every month we integrate a team bonding event called NXT Gatherings. This is a dedicated time to get to know each other!
